Newbury Road Club is growing fast and has doubled its membership of local cyclists in recent months. So, what do they all know that maybe you don’t?

Well, good company, conversation and exercise are great for the mind, body and soul. And they are all part of the feel good recipe at Newbury Road Club, home of cycling in West Berkshire. With over 200 members, the Club offers multiple rides and activities for everyone. Apart from the motivation to stretch yourself, you’ll explore new routes and of course there’s the chance to swap stories with fellow riders over coffee and cake. NRC ride midweek and weekends, all year, and Autumn provides some of the best cycling conditions.

That’s why NRC is inviting local cyclists to join one of its regular Sunday group rides. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced racer, NRC will provide the inspiration, motivation and organisation – you just need to turn up ready to ride.

It’s an open invitation – just turn up at Newbury Market Place at 08.50, ready to ride at 09.00, on Sunday 2 October.
