You may already know about the physical benefits of cycling, but so many ladies have told us that cycling has given them a huge mental boost too. Being out in the fresh air gives us a feeling of well-being and a huge sense of accomplishment, especially when we conquer the hills!

We ride in small social groups, for a few hours allowing time for a coffee and cake! We love exercising but know time can be short, especially when you have other commitments.

We head out most months, sometimes during the week and during the summer, on evenings too. You can check out our events calendar for start times and how to sign-up. We hope you can join us on rides soon!.

Remember, if you’re getting back on your bike after a break, you don’t need to be fit, you don’t need a wardrobe full of lycra, you don’t even need to know where you are going. You just need to enjoy discovering new places, making new friends, and gaining the confidence to achieve things you never knew you could. We’ll do the rest!
